Here at Get Sticking, we currently ship within the UK only. All orders are shipped using first-class mailing service. Unless stated otherwise, your order will be shipped free of postal charges.

All orders are shipped next business day, upon receipt of your order payment. Any order placed on a Friday will be shipped the following business day (Monday).

Depending on your area/address, it may take longer for your order to arrive to your location. The estimated delivery time with first-class mail is 1 business day, however, we make no guarantees as to the actual arrival date of your order. Any delays in delivery are the sole responsibility of the courier.

Get Sticking is not responsible for damaged, stolen, or misplaced orders.


If for any reason you would like to return your order to us, you may do so within 30 days of the receipt of your order. To be eligible for return, the item(s) in your order must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Your item(s) must also be in its original packaging. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your order, your items are not eligible for returns.

Get Sticking is not responsible for any postage fees associated with the return of your item(s).

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within (# of days). Please note that Get Sticking cannot control the length of time it takes for your specific banking institution to release refunded monies to you.
