All UK orders are shipped using first-class mailing service.

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, upon receipt of your order payment. Any order placed on a Friday will be shipped the following business day (Monday).



All orders are shipped using first-class mailing service within the UK only and are shipped within 24-48 hours. Depending on your area/address, it may take longer for your order to arrive to your location. The estimated delivery time with first-class mail is 1-2 business day, however, pleased be advised that in some very limited cases, our customers have been experiencing shipping delays of anything up to 5-15 days in excess of normal shipping times, so we ask for your patience in allowing plenty of time for delivery in these unprecedented times. 



All orders are backed by our no-quibble returns policy. If you’re not delighted with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.

To be eligible for return, the item(s) in your order must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Your item(s) must also be in its original packaging. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your order, your items are not eligible for returns.

Get Sticking is not responsible for any postage fees associated with the return of your item(s). Following postage, please send an email to with details of items that have been returned. We cannot take responsibility for lost packages so please obtain proof of postage from the post office or use a signed-for service.



Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within (# of days). Please note that Get Sticking cannot control the length of time it takes for your specific banking institution to release refunded monies to you.
